Shelter King LIMITED ONE (1) YEAR WARRANTY
MDM PRODUCTS, LLC / SHELTER KING™ warrants to the original
purchaser of this product that the product will be free from defects
in workmanship and material for a period of one (1) year from the
date of original purchase. If within one (1) year from the date
of original purchase this product fails due to defect in material
or workmanship, MDM PRODUCTS, LLC / SHELTER KING™ will
promptly repair, replace or supply without charge any defective
part, provided a description of the defective part, and the determination
of defect is not from misuse, is provided to MDM PRODUCTS, LLC
/ SHELTER KING™ customer service department (1-800-447-7079)
within one (1) year from purchase date. Proof of purchase required.
This warranty does not apply to:
(a) damage to the product caused by misuse, mishandling, abuse
(b) product not used in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations,
(c) product not assembled according to manufacturer's instructions,
(d) normal wear and tear,
(e) acts of god.
In addition, consequential and incidental damages,
such as damage to persons or property, are not coverable under this
warranty, and you should refer to your homeowners insurance as you
would with any other outside structure.
Note: some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation
of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not
apply to you.
